Job Title: IT Business Analyst / Project Manager (Hybrid) Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 8 Months We re seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst / Project Manager to support HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing, and post-launch optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise-level data rollouts or migrations, Power BI, and Microsoft applications, along with an active PMP certification. Key Responsibilities: • Support HR systems, time management, and workforce management implementations. • Perform data migration, testing (UAT), and quality assurance. • Maintain cross-reference tables, dashboards, and system configurations. • Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve issues and optimize processes. Requirements: • Bachelor s degree in a related field. • Active PMP certification (required). • 3+ years as a business analyst on enterprise systems. • 2+ years of Power BI experience. • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. • Must be local to Metro Atlanta.
