TEMPORARY BUSINESS OFFICE DIRECTOR Senior Living Full-Time Temporary (Approximately 10 Weeks) URGENT NEED We are seeking an experienced Temporary Business Office Director to step in immediately for an approximately 10-week assignment at our senior living community. This interim leadership role is responsible for maintaining continuity and stability of business office operations during a transition period. The Temporary BOD oversees resident billing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, and HR-related administrative functions, while ensuring compliance with senior living regulations and company policies. Prior experience in senior living or long-term care business office operations is required. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Business Office professional who can work independently, partner effectively with community leadership, and ensure financial and administrative operations remain strong. Key Responsibilities • Oversee resident billing, collections, and accounts receivable • Manage accounts payable and support financial reporting processes • Ensure accurate and timely payroll review and submission • Support HR administrative functions, onboarding, and personnel documentation • Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal controls • Collaborate with the Executive Director and home office team to address operational needs • Provide stability, organization, and leadership during the temporary assignment What Makes You a Great Candidate • Prior experience as a Business Office Director, Assistant BOD, or similar role in senior living or long-term care • Experience with long-term care billing and collections, including familiarity with Medicaid, long-term care insurance, and general insurance • Strong technology skills, including proficiency with computers, typing, and business software applications • Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team • Paycom and/or Yardi experience strongly preferred • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion • Must be at least 18 years of age Why Join Us If you have a heart to serve, a positive attitude, and the ability to step in and make an immediate impact, we would love to speak with you.
