Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end-to-end processes reducing costs for our customer while enhancing the consumer experience. The Inventory Control Lead is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy and integrity within the fulfillment center. This role ensures that inventory processes—including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation—are executed efficiently and in alignment with company standards. The Lead supports operational excellence by identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and coaching team members on best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Inventory Accuracy & Auditing - Lead daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels. • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis. • Ensure timely and accurate updates to the Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Team Leadership & Training - Work with inventory control associates to train and delegate tasks effectively. • Provide training on inventory procedures, RF scanner use, and data entry. • Deliver coaching and feedback to improve team performance and accuracy. • Work with Client Inventory Control Manager to identify trends, issues and resolutions related to inventory management. • Process Improvement & Compliance - Monitor inventory workflows and recommend process improvements. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines. • Collaborate with receiving, picking, and shipping teams to resolve inventory-related issues. • Reporting & Systems - Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and risks. • Maintain documentation of inventory activities and adjustments. • Utilize WMS to manage inventory data. Qualifications: • 1+ years of direct experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment within an Inventory Control Lead role • Detail-oriented Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and, adaptability • Proven project implementations with demonstrated process improvement, KPI & financial results • Solid hands-on experience using wide range of lean/six sigma management tools (value stream mapping, fish bone diagram, pareto diagram, 5S, visual management, Kanban, Standard Work) • High school diploma or A GED Travel: This position is not remote. Travel is not required. Hours: Monday to Friday – 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Must be available for additional hours as needed. Radial is an equal opportunity employer.
