Develop and execute product marketing strategies, enable sales teams, and align cross-functional teams for product launches and ongoing GTM activities.
6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing or GTM enablement, experience with privacy/regulatory frameworks, strong storytelling and asset creation skills, and proven ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment.
We are seeking a Product Marketing & Enablement Manager to join our team. We're looking for a strategic, high-ownership builder who operates at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and the market. This is not a reactive "create-the-collateral" PMM role; this is a company-wide proactive integrator who ensures: • we message our products and company clearly • GTM teams know how to sell and support them • customers immediately understand the value RadarFirst operates in a fast-moving regulatory environment - perfect for someone who wants to build the product marketing discipline from the ground up. You'll define how PMM operates, shape our GTM playbook, and personally build the systems, assets, and processes that create clarity, alignment, and momentum. You must be comfortable switching between strategy and execution. You thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and excel at bringing alignment across teams. You will be the connective tissue between Product and GTM, turning market input into product direction, and product direction into a crisp, consistent story adopted across the company. This position can be based out of our HQ in Portland, OR, or remote from anywhere in the U.S. Essential Responsibilities & Duties: • Meet regularly with cross-functional leaders to stay ahead of shifting priorities and ensure organizational readiness for launches, GTM motions, product readiness sessions, and new-feature briefings. • Gather customer, prospect, competitive, regulatory, and usage insights (in collaboration with UXR); ensure insights are understood, prioritized, and acted on across Product, Sales, CX, and Marketing. • Synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights into practical recommendations that help Product, Marketing, and Sales refine GTM execution and ensure messaging stays grounded in validated customer value. • Ensure GTM teams have the right assets and guidance for every stage of the buyer journey, proactively identifying gaps, anticipating what Sales and Champions will need, and equipping them with practical tools that elevate conversations and improve deal momentum. • Build core PMM and enablement deliverables including one-pagers, pitch decks, demo talk tracks, battlecards, ROI/value models, product pages, competitive tear-downs, and case studies. • Monitor content effectiveness and sales performance metrics to refine enablement materials, identify training gaps, and iterate on training programs based on engagement analytics and qualitative feedback. • Lead Sales and CX training on product value, positioning, and competitive differentiation collaborating with Product Management when deeper technical or roadmap expertise is required and ensure training is adopted and applied in live deal cycles. • Drive GTM readiness and execution for launches, ensuring cross-functional clarity, aligned timelines, and complete enablement deliverables. • Maintain competitive intelligence, win/loss insights, and battlecards; ensure teams use them effectively and Product incorporates relevant feedback into roadmap decisions. Liaise regularly with Product Legal to translate new regulations, guidance, and legislative changes into clear GTM implications and messaging. • Provide real-time competitive and market intelligence to GTM teams and ensure insights are operationalized in outreach, deal strategy, and messaging. • Ensure all product, messaging, and enablement materials remain accurate, consistent, and updated as the product and market evolve. • Partner with Product to ensure roadmap decisions reflect customer needs, competitive threats, and revenue opportunities; support demand generation and lifecycle marketing with messaging and campaign content. • Collaborate on Customer Advisory Board content, customer storytelling, analyst insights, and advisor input to evolve and strengthen the unified product narrative. • Ensure messaging and GTM alignment resonate across all levels from ELT to advisors to frontline support so every team understands the "why," "what," and "how" behind each launch or strategic shift. • Take personal ownership of execution (you build both the strategy and the deliverables) in a startup environment with minimal existing structure. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more likely to doubt the strength of their qualifications, so we encourage you to submit an application if you're interested in this role despite any reservations you may have about your background or skill set. Qualifications: • 6+ years in Product Marketing or GTM enablement in B2B SaaS • Direct experience or deep familiarity with privacy, compliance, regulatory risk, or GRC ecosystems, plus working knowledge (or willingness to learn) frameworks such as GDPR, CPRA, HIPAA, EU AI Act, SOC 2, ISO/NIST, etc. a must • Ability to translate complex technical/regulatory concepts into clear, seller-ready, customer-centric messaging, grounded in an understanding of how Sales operates and what drives deal progression. • Proven success operating as a one-person or early-stage PMM, creating structure, processes, and assets from scratch in a startup or high-growth environment. • Strong cross-functional collaborator (Product, Engineering, Sales, CS) with experience influencing roadmap clarity, crafting positioning, and driving GTM and launch readiness. • Hands-on builder and exceptional storyteller able to produce high-quality deliverables (pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI models, talk tracks, battlecards, product pages, etc.). • Strong synthesizer of customer insights, competitive intel, usage data, and market signals into clear narratives, recommendations, and GTM strategies. • Experience developing and delivering sales enablement programs, including rep training on positioning, differentiation, objection handling, and competitive strategy. • Demonstrated GTM planning experience, aligning multiple functions around launches, messaging, and execution. • Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret win/loss trends, market dynamics, and performance metrics to inform messaging and targeting decisions. • Strong communication and executive presence, with high integrity, low ego, strong ownership, and a pro-AI mindset including hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and the willingness to operationalize AI across GTM.
