The Role As a Recruiter at Radar Talent Solutions, you will be on the front lines of talent acquisition—sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for a variety of roles across industries. You’ll leverage cutting-edge tools, data signals, and scripts to identify the right candidates, while also providing a positive, professional, and human-centered experience to both clients and candidates. This is a flexible 1099 contractor position, where you can set your own hours and work remotely, with a starting pay rate of $25/hour. We require a minimum of 10 hours per week to ensure recruiters remain integrated with our fast-moving environment. Responsibilities • Screen candidates through phone and video interviews, assessing skills, fit, and motivation. • Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience, with timely communication and thoughtful feedback. • Use Radar's recruiting platforms efficiently and accurately • Track candidate activity, screenings, and conversions to inform weekly scorecards and goal progress.
