Why Join Us: We’re seeking an elite Sales Enablement Manager to act as the strategic driver of sales excellence at Rad AI. Reporting directly to the RevOps leadership, you’ll design and execute a world-class enablement strategy that empowers our commercial team to consistently exceed targets. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools, content, and confidence to win complex deals across enterprise health systems and independent radiology groups. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to turn our go-to-market strategy into repeatable field execution. What You'll Own: Build the Enablement Function: Develop a scalable enablement roadmap aligned with revenue and growth goals. Drive Field Productivity: Design and track enablement programs that increase win rates, shorten ramp time, and improve pipeline conversion. Launch Excellence: Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure the field is ready for every new product, feature, and campaign. Sales Content Engine: Oversee creation and distribution of high-impact collateral — from case studies and talk tracks to competitive battle cards and ROI tools. Training & Onboarding: Architect onboarding that accelerates ramp time and ongoing learning programs that reinforce best practices. Performance Insights: Use CRM and enablement platform data to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Cultural Leadership: Foster a high-performance, coaching-oriented culture where sellers are confident, competent, and customer-obsessed. Who We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM programs, or sales operations within SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise B2B environments. A builder, translator, and coach with the ability to turn complex challenges into simple, actionable strategies, drive results through hands-on execution, and inspire teams to achieve excellence. Proven success building and scaling enablement programs that measurably improve sales performance. Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles; healthcare or AI/clinical workflow experience preferred. Mastery of enablement tools and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to influence and drive adoption. Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills. Nice to Haves: Experience collaborating with executive teams in high-growth, Series B–C stage companies. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and AI technology.
