Location: Remote: California Location Status: Work will be primarily performed remotely from home office. Employee will be required to utilize personal phone and internet services to perform telecommuting with reimbursement per Race's current flex agreement. Summary: The Partner Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing and developing relationships with contracted and third-party sales partners who represent our brand in the field. This role ensures smooth onboarding training and performance management of all external sales teams including event-based and door-to-door partners. The individual will act as the primary liaison between our internal leadership team and partner organizations driving sales effectiveness accountability and alignment with company standards. This individual should be able to communicate and work effectively with external service representatives and internal team members who possess a wide variety of backgrounds, personalities, and communication skills. This individual should be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment while maintaining a productive professional demeanor. This individual must be capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively with other Race team members across teams and levels of our organization. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: • Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship • Minimum of 18 years of age • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business Management Marketing or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred • A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory • 3-5 years of experience in channel management sales operations or partner relations • Experience working with third-party or contracted sales organizations preferred • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple partner groups • Proficiency with CRM and sales performance tools such as SalesRabbit, Salesforce or similar • Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet project deadlines or address critical issues • The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication • Bilingual communication skills are considered a plus, particularly when serving diverse communities Skills: • Proficient use of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; teleconferencing applications • Functional use of common office equipment, computers, and office software • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow • Commitment to accuracy and high standards for quality of work • Ability to work with all levels of team members and management • Excellent problem resolution and customer service skills • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance • Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with a sense of urgency • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions • Ability to distinguish colors and audible tones Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Partner Management and Communication • Serve as the main point of contact for all contracted and third-party sales teams • Conduct weekly check-ins and performance meetings with partner leadership and field representatives • Manage partner scheduling staffing needs and sales territories • Facilitate open communication to ensure consistent alignment with brand goals and compliance standards Onboarding and Training • Lead onboarding and orientation for all new partner teams and representatives • Coordinate access and setup for necessary tools including SalesRabbit and other sales systems • Deliver regular training refreshers and updates on new offers campaigns and company expectations • Ensure partners adhere to company policies and sales quality guidelines Field Support and Oversight • Conduct regular field visits and shadowing sessions with partner representatives • Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance and customer experience • Monitor partner adherence to brand presentation and customer engagement standards • Support in resolving customer or operational issues escalated from partner teams Performance and Reporting • Track and analyze sales results from partner activities and report trends to leadership • Develop KPIs and performance scorecards to evaluate partner success • Recommend process improvements and tools to enhance productivity and transparency • Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with overall sales objectives Benefits Why Join Our Team: • Join a tight-knit crew—no faceless corporation vibes here • Growth potential: promotions and new challenges are part of our DNA • Competitive base salary • Comprehensive Benefits Package: 100% company-paid medical and dental insurance (starting the 1st of the month following your start date), PTO (vacation, sick), 11 paid holidays, paid birthdays, 401k matching (4%) • Free fiber internet service for all employees living in our service area • A culture built on integrity, mutual respect, and a shared purpose Call to Action: Let's chat.
