Senior Sales Development Representative | Workflow Automation | AI Location: 100% Remote – California or North Carolina Residents Only Compensation: Base $50,000 - $70,000 yr + Commission. We combine engineering excellence, AI-assisted processes, and flat-team efficiency to deliver world-class innovation. SDR Responsibilities At Rabbit Product Design, the SDR role blends hands-on selling with complex workflow design and AI-assisted execution. You won’t just book meetings—you’ll build the machine that books them at scale. • Design and maintain multi-step CRM automations (GoHighLevel) that handle intake, nurture, confirmations, no-show recovery, and contract follow-ups. • Schedule strategy sessions and follow-up for prospective clients. • Prequalify leads (budget, timeline, seriousness) and capture details on the idea, stage of development, and goals. • Fill empty meeting slots using a “standby” list to ensure full daily booking. • Answer inbound calls from website leads and schedule appointments promptly. • Flag no-shows/stalled leads and launch re-engagement campaigns. • Follow up on initial contracts and assist in scheduling follow-up calls to close. • Send reminders/updates to leads who haven’t signed. • Engage on social: respond to comments, DMs, and questions on company channels. KPIs, reporting, and CRM hygiene: • Set and track KPIs tied to booked calls, show-up rate, slot utilization, and follow-up conversions. • Keep the CRM 100% accurate with notes, tags, and stage updates. • Track daily: follow-ups completed, appointment success rates, engagement metrics. • Report weekly: leads generated, appointments booked, show-up %, conversion performance, and workflow/AI experiment results. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s Degree required. • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience • Experience with GHL, Clickfunnels, or similar CRM • Ability to create complex workflows • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. • Confident on phone calls • Tech-savvy and eager to learn AI tools • Passionate about automation and AI, innovation • Interest in startups and helping people turn ideas into real products. • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
