In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, developing insightful dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations to support key business decisions. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines. • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements into technical solutions. • Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and governance. • Write performant SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Requirements: • 10+ years of experience as a BI Engineer, Data Analyst, or in a related role. • Proficient in SQL; experience with Python is a plus. • Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). • Familiarity with cloud data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with data orchestration tools such as dbt or Airflow. • Knowledge of data modeling best practices (e.g., Kimball methodology, star schema design). • Prior experience working in a fully remote team environment.
