R3D Advisor - 1099 Contract - 10% Commission, uncapped - $1,000/week base You've spent years building relationships in multifamily. You know the buyers, you know the language, and you're good at what you do. What you probably don't have is a product with this kind of margin potential and this little competition for your time and attention. R3D Studios provides premium visual marketing content: photography, 3D renderings, and virtual tours to multifamily developers, owners, and property management companies. We handle logistics, vendor relationships, quality control, and delivery. You handle the relationship. That's the whole model. We're not looking for someone to train into sales. We're looking for someone who already has a phone full of the right contacts and wants a compelling reason to call them. You don't need to have sold exactly what we sell. You need to have sold to the people we sell to, and built real relationships doing it. What This Pays The base is $1,000/week. We're transparent about that. But here's what the commission actually looks like at realistic volume: • $30,000/month sales = $3,000 commissions • $75,000/month sales = $7,500 commissions • $150,000/month sales = $15,000 commissions • And so on, and so on Commission is uncapped. The base is a floor, not a ceiling. Advisors who close consistently earn multiples of it. What You'll Actually Do • Reach out to your existing network and introduce R3D Studios where there's a genuine fit • Run your own discovery calls and present tailored proposals. We support you with decks, pricing, and ops • Own accounts after close: follow up on delivery, spot upsell opportunities, keep clients coming back • Maintain your pipeline in HubSpot: deals, notes, follow-ups, and won/lost tracking • Represent R3D Studios professionally in every interaction. This is a premium brand and you are it Hard Requirements • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a verifiable track record • An active network of decision-makers inside multifamily ownership groups, REITs, or property management companies • Working proficiency in HubSpot — you log your activity, you run your pipeline, you don't need reminders • Fluent in Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet • Strong communicator — sharp on email, confident on a call, credible in a presentation • Self-directed — you don't need management to generate your own momentum How We Work R3D Studios is a lean, remote team. As an Advisor, you'll have direct access to the partners who run the business. When you need a custom quote, a proposal built, or an operational issue resolved — you'll get a real answer quickly, not a ticket number. We're at an early growth stage. That means real influence over how this role evolves, and real upside if you help build something significant.
