Upcoming Paid Training Class – Starts January 26, 2026 We are currently accepting applications for our next Outside Sales Training Class, beginning Monday, January 26, 2026. This structured training program lasts 6 weeks and includes both classroom learning and hands-on field experience. All new hires must complete this paid training program as part of onboarding. As an Outside Sales Representative 1 (Setter), you’ll start in the field, meeting homeowners and introducing them to R3’s services. Your primary role is simple: offer complimentary property inspections. You do not perform the inspection yourself. Once the homeowner agrees, you hand the opportunity off to an Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer)—who conducts the inspection and finalizes the contingency agreement. This structure allows you to excel at what you do best: meeting people, building rapport, and creating high-quality leads that convert into sales. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role designed for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and ready for future leadership opportunities. Why You’ll Thrive Here Training Compensation During the initial 6-week, part-time paid training program, you will earn: $600 per week (paid weekly) Compensation After Training After completing training, your pay structure includes: $400 weekly base pay $175 per insurance claim filed by the Closer after the homeowner signs a contingency agreement (A contingency agreement is a simple commitment from the homeowner to work with R3.)
