To thrive in this role you must have comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and a proven ability to translate insights into action. Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Manager, Operations: Lead and mentor a team of Operations Leads by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Drive strategic performance initiatives using data-driven insights to optimize client outcomes and align with business objectives. Partner with Client Experience teams to integrate performance strategies with relationship management and deliver actionable recommendations. Develop and maintain client-facing dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Continuously refine internal processes and tools to enhance performance tracking, benchmarking, and operational efficiency. Required Skills: Expertise in backend healthcare revenue cycle management, demonstrated through progressive experience in operations or performance management, including at least two years in a people-leader role. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, set and achieve goals, and foster a culture of excellence. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI preferred. Executive presence and exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $70,921.24 - $114,234.05 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
