About the role The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing the financial performance of the organization’s revenue cycle operations. In this role you will support leadership by providing insights into trends, identifying opportunities for process improvement, conducting audits, and ensuring accurate and efficient billing, collections, and reimbursement practices. You will also assist with clean-up projects to resolve outstanding issues and improve overall revenue integrity. To thrive in the role, you will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of revenue cycle management industry and processes. What you’ll do: Manage multiple projects across several clients and ensure they are delivered within scope, schedule and quality levels are consistent with both the client and organization’s expectations. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue cycle performance to ensure client satisfaction and support are at or above target Perform root cause analysis of denials, payment delays, underpayments, and billing errors; provide actionable recommendations. Conduct regular audits of revenue cycle processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Partner with our clients and internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed. Address client concerns promptly and works proactively to prevent potential issues to ensure exemplary service is delivered for the clients. What you’ll bring: 3–5+ years in physician revenue cycle (front-to-back). Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and revenue cycle systems (Epic, Cerner, eCW, Athena, Allscripts, Meditech, and/or NextGen). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Must be able to produce high quality work on multiple projects simultaneously while effectively engaging with the appropriate staff across several different departments. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Clear, empathetic client communication (written & verbal); ability to translate technical billing steps into client-friendly guidance. Preferred Experience: Hands-on eCinical Works experience (super-user level) Prior client facing exposure For this US-based position, the base pay range is $49,126.00 - $78,919.86 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
