Here is what you will experience working as a Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations: Effective leadership and analytical skills include working knowledge of coaching, staffing models, and scheduling. Expert in insurance processes and patient billing, enhancing operational efficiency and revenue cycle performance Exceptional ability to partner with other departments within the organization to drive results. Ability to mentor and build relationships to effectively manage group and interpersonal conflict situations, Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills – including statistical report writing. Exhibits strong leadership skills that enhance team performance, optimize metrics, and ensure high-quality outcomes Computer skills: Microsoft outlook and word with advanced excel skills. Required Skills: Bachelor of arts or science degree or higher preferred 3-4 years in supervisor and above role 5-8 years in revenue cycle operations For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,342.00 - $94,799.70 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
