As an Interface Analyst II, you will drive the development and optimization of automated processes and workflows using AI tools. This role is key for building, deploying, and maintaining integrations between enterprise systems and supporting process automation initiatives across departments.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required skills include experience with Rhapsody Interface Engine, basic coding skills, and knowledge of healthcare data exchange.

As our Interface Analyst II, you will drive the development and optimization of automated processes and workflows using AI tools and on similar automation platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, etc. This role is key for building, deploying, and maintaining integrations between enterprise systems and supporting process automation initiatives across our departments. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with process improvement, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Here’s what you will experience working as an Interface Analyst: • Execute complex interface projects with minimal guidance. • Organize, optimize, manage, and drive implementation issue resolution and optimization to completion. • Flex across multiple projects and programs simultaneously. • Design, develop, and support automations and integrations within enterprise systems • Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and drive process efficiency • Develop and maintain scripts/applications (Python, JavaScript) to support automation and integration requirements • Create and maintain procedures and best practices related to process automation and interfaces Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience utilizing Rhapsody Interface Engine or other equivalent interface engine software. • Strong knowledge of data and data extract solutions; basic coding skills in JavaScript, C++, SQL queries or equivalent. • Basic knowledge of healthcare data exchange, which may include HL7, FHIR/API, X12, flat files, XML. • Must be willing to work on-call a week at a time several times a year. • Must be willing to work after hours to support client go lives as needed. • Experience with process automation or RPA (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier) • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience documenting processes and workflows Preferred Qualifications: • Orion Rhapsody Associate level certification or equivalent education completed. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client integration issues through knowledge of business workflows and Rhapsody data flows. • Familiarity with enterprise data integration and cloud environments (Like Azure) For this US-based position, the base pay range is $58,240.00 - $95,429.25 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
