We specialize in Annual Dryer Vent Cleanings + Inspections for apartment communities and also offer gutter cleaning and chimney inspections/sweeps along with a myriad of other essential services. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive (Sales Development Rep) for a hybrid sales role. This position combines outbound lead generation, territory development, and relationship management. You’ll work closely with our Director of Sales, internal teams, and field technicians to drive new business and maintain long-term client success.Your territory will cover Tampa, Jacksonville, and NW Florida (Panhandle). This is a remote/work-from-home role with regular field travel for trade shows and territory visits (approximately 3 months/year). What You’ll Do: • Use Smart Apartment Data, cold calling, and email campaigns to generate new leads • Quote properties and submit service proposals • Conduct door-to-door visits with community and service managers • Coordinate and manage outbound email campaigns • Schedule property luncheons, meetings, and relationship-building events • Represent R1FS at industry events / trade shows and onsite sales events • Maintain contact with customers to reschedule annual services • Lead customer retention efforts through outreach and events • Develop strategic plans to meet sales targets and grow assigned territory • Coordinate with field technicians for follow-up, repairs, or additional quotes • Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling as needed • Use a CRM proficiently to track and manage your book of business Qualifications: • 2+ years of sales experience preferred • Multifamily experience required (please don't apply unless you have experience in multifamily) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Able to work independently in a hybrid environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Mac/Gmail equivalents • Comfortable with CRM tools and outbound email platforms • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree a plus Compensation & Benefits: $80,000 base (draw against commission) Uncapped commission potential ($100,000 – $120,000+ Total OTE Annually) 2 Weeks Vacation (with notice and task alignment) Mileage & Travel Reimbursement Flexible Schedule & Work-from-Home Setup Opportunities for Advancement Additional Details: • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM • Job Type: Full-Time • Location: Based in Orlando, FL (local presence required for property visits and trade shows) • Work Setting: Remote + Travel (~25% of the year) Ready to Join a High-Growth, Tech-Powered Sales Team?
