District Manager – Multi-Unit Operations (4 Locations) Position Summary The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, performance, and profitability of four high-volume quick-service locations. This role ensures consistent execution of operational standards, people development, financial performance, and guest satisfaction across all units. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven multi-unit QSR experience and a hands-on, results-driven management style. Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership, direction, and accountability for General Managers across four locations • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence within the district • Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and performance standards • Analyze financial reports, labor metrics, and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing management teams • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations • Lead training initiatives to improve operational consistency and guest experience • Address operational challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining team morale • Serve as a liaison between field operations and senior leadership Qualifications • Minimum of 3–5 years of multi-unit management experience in a QSR environment • Pizza industry experience preferred • Proven ability to manage multiple locations and teams simultaneously • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, and controllable costs • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills • Ability to drive performance through people development and accountability • Highly organized, adaptable, and results-oriented • Willingness to travel regularly between locations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • Detroit, MI 48235 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Detroit, MI 48235: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
