The QXO Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) is a one-year, accelerated leadership track designed for early-career professionals who are aspiring to establish a career in sales. Participants lead business-critical initiatives, manage defined territory segments, and apply independent judgment to influence customer relationships, operational performance, and revenue growth. Participants join a high-performing cohort, gain access to an enterprise-wide leadership network, and contribute directly to regional initiatives that support QXO’s commercial and operational priorities. This program is built for individuals ready to own decisions, manage strategic workstreams, and prepare for placement into an Outside Sales role upon successful completion. What you'll do: • Lead end-to-end territory management, including strategy development, opportunity identification, and customer engagement, prioritize prospects, shape solutions, and execute sales activities that accelerate revenue and support business objectives. • Drive operational and commercial performance by partnering across key functions to identify business challenges, analyze operational data, and implement strategic improvements that strengthen customer outcomes and branch profitability. • Own strategic workstreams that require evaluating complex business challenges, synthesizing market and customer insights, and proposing data-informed solutions that optimize processes and directly impact sales and customer experience. • Manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts or territory segments by building and forecasting pipeline, crafting pricing and product mix recommendations, and executing deals with autonomy, collaborating with senior leaders to refine strategy while maintaining ownership of execution and prioritization. • Advance key leadership competencies and strategic thinking through individualized coaching that deepens analytical skills, strengthens judgment, and prepares you to succeed in Outside Sales and future sales management positions. What you'll bring: • A college graduate (bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field) or candidate interested in developing a professional career with 1–2 years of industry experience. • An energetic, goal-oriented communicator excited about forging customer relationships and creating business value. • Comfortable with a dynamic, field-based work environment, with a willingness to travel within your region. • Motivated by teamwork, driven to learn continuously, and aligned with QXO’s values and customer-first culture. • Willing to relocate or travel regionally for rotations and future leadership roles.
