Sr. Manager, Sales Training & Enablement Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite) Compensation: $140,000 Base + Bonus + Full Health & Benefits About the Role Our client, a rapidly growing technology company, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Training & Enablement to take full ownership of developing and leading enablement programs that elevate their sales organization. This position is ideal for a proven enablement leader who thrives on building from the ground up, creating programs that don’t just train—but truly transform performance. In this role, you will design and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy that spans onboarding, skills development, coaching, and sales process optimization. You’ll work directly with senior leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure the revenue team is equipped to win in competitive SaaS markets. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of training and enablement programs for a team of Sales Executives and GTM professionals. • Build structured onboarding to accelerate ramp time and maximize early productivity. • Develop sales playbooks, talk tracks, competitive resources, and digital learning content. • Facilitate live training workshops, coaching sessions, and ongoing skill certifications. • Align closely with sales leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into measurable enablement initiatives. • Introduce tools, methodologies, and technologies that improve knowledge retention and sales effectiveness. • Track and analyze enablement KPIs to measure impact on performance and revenue growth. • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in sales enablement to continually evolve the program. What We’re Looking For • 5–7+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or learning & development, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology. • Strong background in building and delivering scalable training programs. • Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and front-line sales teams alike. • Proficiency with modern sales enablement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Highspot, Lessonly, or similar). • Data-driven mindset with the ability to demonstrate measurable business impact through enablement initiatives. • A leadership style that balances strategic vision with hands-on execution.
