Your Primary Responsibilities Include: The Marketing Associate supports the creative and marketing teams by producing visual content for digital and print platforms. This entry-level role focuses on executing design tasks such as social media graphics, flyers, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. Job Responsibilities: Develop graphics for social media, email campaigns, flyers, and internal communications. Assist in formatting and preparing visual assets for print and digital use. Work closely with senior designers and marketing leads to execute creative concepts. Respond to feedback and revise designs as needed. Help manage asset libraries and organize design files. Maintain brand standards across all materials. Rack project timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Assist with printing, publishing, and distribution logistics. Perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required. Education and Experience Requirements: Associate’s degree (or equivalent); OR high school diploma (or equivalent) plus two years of experience in functional area. Additional Job Requirements: Familiarity with marketing functions. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with social media platforms and basic design tools preferred. Willingness to pursue continuing education, certifications, etc. as applicable to advancing in the organization. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to speak confidently. An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities change daily, and where employees wear many hats. Detail-oriented with the ability to think "outside the box" and prioritize tasks and decisions in a timely manner. Self-directed, yet effective working as part of a collaborative team. Responsive and customer-focused with a demonstrated use of professional judgment.
