Role Description We are seeking an Experienced Non-QM Outside Account Executive for a remote full-time role. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, identifying and developing new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves understanding clients' needs, promoting Non-QM loan products, and achieving sales objectives while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies. Qualifications • Strong sales and negotiation skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships • Comprehensive understanding of Non-QM lending products and market trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions and presentations • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals • Proficiency in CRM systems and related software tools • Knowledge of financial regulations and lending compliance requirements • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory • Prior experience in Non-QM lending and outside sales is highly advantageous
