About the role We’re at an inflection point at Quo. We’ve built a great product used by 90,000+ businesses, powered by a simple, self-serve experience. Product-led growth is rooted deep in our business. So why hire a Growth PM? The truth is, we’ve never invested much in “product growth” — at least not in the traditional sense. Our traction comes from crafting great products coupled with a go-to-market engine that brings businesses to our front door. But we believe there’s far more opportunity to unlock. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to help us unlock that potential. Yes, you’ll build our product growth engine from 0-1 — everything from converting visitors to trial to fully activated, paying customers. But more importantly, you’ll help guide businesses win more customers by carefully crafting experiences that help them get the most out of Quo. Some of the things you’ll do: Build and execute a 0-1 product growth strategy Take ownership of critical points in our customer journey: sign-up to activated to retained Lead engineering and data teams in building infrastructure needed to accurately diagnosis growth opportunities and rapidly test solutions Work closely with go-to-market teams to orchestrate cohesive customer experiences across product and channels About you 6+ years building software products You have a track record of building winning self-serve product experiences that delivered measurable results You are a creative product thinker who combines quantitative thinking with deep customer empathy and good taste You are highly self-sufficient with data (advanced SQL, strong interpretation, and can ask the right questions) Bonus Points if: You have experience as a software developer, designer, or product analyst You have build products for small businesses Compensation The annual base salary range for this position is as follow, plus equity and benefits: SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, Boston, New York, and Washington, DC Metro: $186,100 - $206,800 USD All other US Locations: $165,600 - $184,100 USD Canada: $189,100 - $210,100 CAD The ranges displayed reflect the target for new hire salaries, and within each range, individual pay is determined by your skills and experience, as well as relevant education. Your recruiter can share more and answer questions about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Salary is just one component of Quo’s total compensation package.
