We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team in the Bay Area and help lead the successful delivery of impactful projects. As an established builder with a strong reputation for quality and collaboration, we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and deadline-driven environment. With job sites throughout the Bay Area, we operate at the intersection of innovation and tradition. As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting project execution from preconstruction through closeout. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to help manage budgets, schedules, documentation, and communication. Your knowledge of construction methods, materials, contracts, and building codes will be essential in keeping projects on track and delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in construction project coordination or management and demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Requirements Qualifications: • Proven experience (generally four plus years) in a Project Engineer or equivalent role in the construction field • Ability to create and support team morale. • Ability to strategize, solve problems, plan and meet deadlines. • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software (Vista, Autodesk or similar), scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar), PDF editing software (Bluebeam or similar). • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Must possess a valid California driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business or related field
