This role is perfect for someone who loves solving complex business problems with data, translating insights into action, and ensuring our customers achieve tangible outcomes through Quinn AI. You’ll act as the bridge between customer data and strategic revenue decisions, combining analytical rigor with hands-on customer engagement. Key Job Responsibilities: • Revenue Insights & Analytics: Guide customers in KPI definition, forecasting models, and business planning processes. Analyze revenue, pipeline and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. • Data Operations: Manage data structure, integration, and hygiene to ensure accuracy and alignment with Quinn AI’s platform. Partner with technical teams to optimize data ingestion, validation, and model outputs. • Business Insights & Decision Support: Work with RevOps and GTM leaders to drive strategic insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and customer retention. Develop best-practice frameworks for revenue inspection, planning and forecasting. Provide benchmarking and scenario modeling to support customer growth initiatives. • Customer Engagement & Retention: Lead customer onboarding, integration, and training with a focus on analytic enablement. Build trusted advisor relationships with revenue and operations leaders. Establish adoption KPIs and ensure measurable outcomes are achieved quickly. Identify opportunities for expansion and value realization. • Feedback & Product Influence: Act as voice of the customer for Quinn’s product and engineering teams. Collaborate on new AI-driven insights and features aligned with RevOps best practices.
