Maintain accurate financial records, process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile statements, and support financial reporting and analysis.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, associate degree, and experience with financial recordkeeping and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable • Reconcile bank and credit card statements • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Manage payroll processing and related filings • Track expenses, invoices, and payments • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations • Coordinate with external accountants, tax preparers, and auditors as needed • Maintain organized financial documentation and records • Support management with financial analysis and reporting Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): • Do you have any experience with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, Sage, etc) Education: • Associate (Required) Experience: • Accounting, Finance, or related field: 2 years (Required) Shift availability: • Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: • Saint Rose, LA 70087 (Required) Work Location: In person
