They are seeking an IT Sales Account Executive to generate new leads, engage clients, and build a strong sales pipeline for their AI and software services. Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, cold emails, and networking. • Prospect Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to build a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. • Client Engagement: Present QuickPrepAI’s software development and AI services to business decision-makers across industries. • Market Expansion: Research and target startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients seeking digital transformation or product development. • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure proposals align with client needs. Skills • Experience: 3 to 10 years in B2B sales, business development, or IT services sales (preferably software development, custom software or digital transformation domain). • Proven Track Record: Strong background in lead generation, proposal management, and deal closures. • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Tech Understanding: Ability to explain software solutions (web, mobile, enterprise, AI) to non-technical clients. • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Strong background in lead generation, proposal management, and deal closures. • Ability to explain software solutions (web, mobile, enterprise, AI) to non-technical clients.
