The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills Experienced Project Management professionals with expertise in Mechanical design for product development preferably healthcare devices include knowledge on financial management. What You will Do: • Developing a detailed project plan outlining milestones, timelines, and deliverables. • Documentation of process improvements and best practices. • Final project report summarizing outcomes and savings achieved • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Industrial design, Electrical, Marketing and purchasing teams. • Interact with global design and manufacturing teams to design for manufacturability, reliability and cost-effectiveness. • Ensure all mechanical engineering activities are executed as per the development procedure. Technical Competency: • Experience in design of Electro-Mechanical products (Ex: Medical devices, Consumer appliances) • Able to work independently & experience with working in cross functional teams. • Good analytical skills in problem solving, identifying the technical risks and mitigating them systematically. • Demonstrated ability to assist and manage the PMO process, ensuring seamless coordination, governance, and execution across all project phases. • Proficiency in utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent) to track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. • Knowledge in change management to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption of new processes What You Will Bring: • Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering or Product design (Mechanical) with 4 to 6 years working experience in a Product Design and Development environment. • Medical devices product development experience will be an added advantage. • Project management activities execution of across all project phases • Proficient in English Language Work Experience Pay Range: $55,000 to $65,000 Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Wauwatosa, WI • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.
