Student & Community Engagement Coordinator - Position Summary The Student & Community Engagement Coordinator is a proficient and seasoned expert entrusted with spearheading the marketing strategy for clients. Their primary objective is to devise creative and effective methods to enhance participation in student nutrition programs through merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives. They demonstrate expertise in developing, implementing, and monitoring cutting-edge marketing practices in line with industry standards. They play a crucial role in promoting student nutrition programs through innovative merchandising, impactful campaigns, and effective communication efforts. You will assist the operation by engaging with the students, parents, staff, and community, marketing, merchandising, and promotions to ensure superior service and maximize profits. Student & Community Engagement Coordinator - Responsibilities: • Execute marketing programs in partnership with the account operators and support teams to ensure continued engagement from students, clients, and communities • Assists in the formulation and execution of marketing plans and projects and effectively manages the productivity and progress • Regularly monitors, evaluates, and reports on all marketing activities and outcomes • Takes the lead in developing and executing community engagement strategies • Train and support operators in the implementation of student-facing and front-of-house programs, systems, and processes • Customize marketing materials with the assistance & guidance of the Quest marketing department - e.g. social media posts, flyers, brochures, and client presentations - and coordinate with the account team to execute • Assess the front-of-house operations for the student experience, operating standards, and signature programs being in place, and work with operators to monitor results and improve over time • Collect data and report on return on investment and key performance metrics Student & Community Engagement Coordinator - Requirements: • K12 food service experience strongly preferred • Strong client relations experience • Strong knowledge of the food service • Requires extensive hours at times and frequent local travel • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to present to large groups.
