Our client located in Doraville is looking for an Order Fulfillment Manager to join their team Pay: $120k+ In Office Great Benefits • Must Have Global Order Fulfillment & International Shipping Logistics Experience* This role is critical to ensuring a seamless and efficient order fulfillment process — from initial customer contact through to final delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic planning expertise, and a deep understanding of the full order fulfillment life cycle. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize end-to-end order fulfillment and align with business objectives. • Lead and mentor a team across customer service, warehouse, and purchasing. • Oversee the entire order fulfillment cycle: order entry, processing, inventory allocation, and shipment coordination. • Direct logistics management activities including carrier selection, freight negotiations, and ensuring timely global deliveries. • Act as the primary escalation point for customer service issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution. • Analyze fulfillment data and KPIs to identify trends and implement process improvements. • Collaborate with sales, production, and quality control to ensure accurate order processing and high customer satisfaction. • Manage purchasing activities to secure materials and maintain production schedules. • Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations, particularly with chemicals and hazardous materials. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. • 6+ years in order fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics management, with at least 4 years in leadership. • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse teams. • Strong logistics expertise, including international shipping. • Proficiency with ERP systems (Business Central experience preferred).
