Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and provide architectural oversight across multiple domains.
7+ years in IT architecture or solution design with experience in complex enterprise environments and feasibility assessments.
The Solution Architect is responsible for translating market-driven product concepts and business requirements into technically feasible, scalable solution designs across all HAS platforms, including data platforms, BI, analytics models, data extraction and delivery, and enterprise applications. This role serves as the critical bridge between business-facing product teams and technology delivery teams, ensuring clarity of requirements, architectural alignment, feasibility assessment, vendor evaluation (when applicable), and development of level-of-effort (LOE) estimates before work transitions into detailed design and build. The Solution Architect provides end-to-end architectural oversight for solutions that span multiple enterprise systems, technologies, and business domains (e.g., laboratory, billing, logistics, patient services, finance). This includes creating and presenting architecture artifacts such as solution overviews, data models, integration designs, dependency maps, and technical assessments, while guiding developers and architects through implementation. The role collaborates closely with Enterprise and Infrastructure Architecture functions to ensure solutions align with broader IT strategy, standards, and long-term platform direction.
