Job Description This position is responsible for leading the execution of a large cross functional internal project that will enable/create new capabilities for a new market. They will be responsible for managing the scope, timeline, and budget for the overall project to ensure that we are able to deliver and compete in a new market. This will include managing deliverables from internal teams and escalating at appropriate times to ensure that timelines are met, scope is managed to meet the intended goal, and the budget is not exceeded. Pay Range: $175,000 - $190,000 / year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. In the event that there are changes or updates, responsible for updating budget and ensuring executive leadership approval is attained as well as ensuring operational support for the changes. • Proactively engage in defining and redefining scope of the project to ensure that business objectives will be achieved and positive NPV will be delivered to the business. • Deliver project within the agreed timeline. This will require indirectly managing and influencing cross functional partners to deliver and also escalating at appropriate times when timelines or deliverables are being compromised in a way that jeopardizes the NPV or business objectives originally conceived with the project. • Think critically about business and business practice to ensure that it is legally compliant and also operationally optimized to deliver better than industry standard solutions Qualifications Required Work Experience: • 12+ years of experience in laboratory, biopharma, and/or diagnostic industry delivering significant, complex projects Preferred Work Experience • 7+ years of experience in a similar role in a contract research organization. Physical And Mental Requirements • Office work and periodic travel Knowledge • Highly Skilled user of Microsoft Office suite and other computer-based applications.
