Job Details Job Location 151 Foods LLC - Bellmawr, NJ Position Type Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree Salary Range $75000.00 - $90000.00 Salary Job Category Manufacturing Description Manage key accounts for 151 Foods, LLC and Amoroso's Baking Co. supported by leading selling efforts and execution, coordinating with customers' district / regional managers to ensure proper service. Perform weekly and monthly analysis and projections for coordination of successful sales and operations planning. Develop presentations for Sales meetings, manage all databases/portals, documentation requirements and deliverables for all key accounts. Assist with and/or handle special projects as needed. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage pricing, new products, promotional calendar, tradeshows, customer events, and sales reporting for all key customers. Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure execution and track performance. • Maintain and Grow Sales Volume • Coordination with all key accounts on a monthly basis. • Maintain sales call appointment log with notes and execution plan. • Develop business building strategy with all key contacts. • Sell for incremental space/volume, improved store level location, promotions, and new merchandising equipment. • Develop consistent sales call calendar and include other Managers / Supervisors, when necessary, on the appointments. • Assist in managing broker relationships. • Administrative Management of Key Accounts • Submit weekly recap of sales calls, results, and all follow-up activity. • Physical presence in sales office for coordination with Sales Team. • Retailer Leadership • Become the subject matter expert (SME) for all key accounts. • Educate the Sales Team on all activity associated with key accounts.
