Quasent, Inc. is looking for several Senior Substation Engineers. As a Substation Engineer with Quasent you will help with the physical design of substations for our clients nationwide. These roles can be full-time or contract based. Qualifications: • 5 or more years of Substation design experience. • Strong knowledge and experience with 3D software programs such as AutoCAD, Microstation, Inventor, Bentley, Solidworks, Revit. • Strong design experience with substation electrical equipment layout, conduit design, grounding design, lighting design, lightning protection design. • Strong understanding of site layout logistics for substation equipment. • Proven experience in Microsoft Office 356. • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required. • P.E. Certification is a plus but not necessary. • Experienced in substation physical design. • Experience in directly related to working with electricity, preferably in utilities.
