Responsibilities Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships. Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments to ensure alignment of project deliverables. Prepare regular status reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders. Support senior account managers in the execution of client projects and campaigns. Conduct research and analysis to support client needs and inform strategic decisions. Help resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner, escalating as needed. Participate in client meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-ups on action items. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in account management or customer service role preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
