Position Overview As a Field Sales & Vessel Partnerships Rep, you’ll be the friendly face of Quartermaster AI in the Gulf region. Your mission: meet local captains, boat owners, and marina managers to introduce our technology and recruit vessels to host SmartMast equipment for field testing and demonstration. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident, adventurous, and comfortable talking to people from all walks of life — from charter fishermen to harbor operators. You’ll be trained on how to present our technology, coordinate demo logistics, and support installation days. Key Responsibilities Recruit vessels for SmartMast field testing and demonstration across coastal Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Alabama Meet or exceed company timelines Visit marinas, harbors, and shipyards to meet vessel owners and decision-makers Deliver confident, engaging in-person and phone presentations about our technology Coordinate schedules for installs, demos, and follow-up visits with our Field Operations team Maintain accurate outreach and contact records electronically Assist with marketing initiatives, event support, etc Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter comfortable working independently and on the road Must have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and active insurance Ability to travel to coastal locations such as Venice, Port Fourchon, Grand Isle, Biloxi, and Mobile, AL Must be comfortable accessing docks, docked vessels, uneven and slippery terrain Occasional overnight travel (lodging and meals provided by company)
