What You'll Do: - You will greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. - You will manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations. - You will handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. - You will verify patient information and insurance details accurately. - You will maintain patient records and update databases as needed. - You will collaborate with healthcare staff to coordinate patient care. - You will resolve patient concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary. - You will support administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with electronic health records (EHR) systems. - You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with insurance verification and billing processes. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Knowledge of healthcare compliance and privacy regulations. - Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
