Role Overview: As a Patient Service Representative at Quantum-Health, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Your role is vital in managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to support our healthcare operations. What You'll Do: - You will greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. - You will manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently. - You will handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and empathy. - You will maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy in our systems. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to coordinate patient care. - You will resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary. - You will support billing and insurance verification processes. - You will adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies to ensure patient confidentiality. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office. - You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - You have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with insurance verification and billing processes. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
