Your role is vital in managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information to support patient care. What You'll Do: - You will greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. - You will manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently. - You will handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services. - You will maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy. - You will coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care. - You will process patient check-ins and check-outs smoothly. - You will assist with billing and insurance verification processes. - You will support the team in maintaining a clean and organized reception area. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with electronic health records (EHR) systems. - You have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with patients. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with insurance verification and billing processes. - Knowledge of medical terminology. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
