What You'll Do: - You will greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. - You will manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently. - You will handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services. - You will verify patient insurance and process necessary documentation. - You will maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy. - You will collaborate with healthcare staff to coordinate patient care. - You will manage phone calls and direct them appropriately. - You will support administrative tasks to enhance office operations. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with computer systems and scheduling software. - You demonstrate attention to detail and organizational abilities. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. - Knowledge of medical terminology. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
