Equity-Only Co-Founder / Full-Stack Developer (Next.js + Supabase) – Full-Time Remote We’re building an innovative startup and are looking for a full-stack developer co-founder ready to own the product and grow with us from the ground up. About the Role As a founding developer, you will architect, build, and scale our platform from day one. You’ll work across the full stack, shaping the technical direction and future of the company. We’ve moved beyond the exploratory phase — our product is live in real stores and we’ve secured a strategic partnership with the largest powersports OEMs worldwide. This is a full-time remote role, ideal for someone with a great attitude who enjoys collaborating closely with a team of founders to scale the company. Responsibilities • Build and maintain a modern, responsive frontend using Next.js 14+, TypeScript, and React 18+ • Develop UI components with shadcn/ui and style using Tailwind CSS • Manage state with React Context or Zustand, handle forms via React Hook Form • Build backend services and APIs with Supabase (PostgreSQL) • Implement authentication (email/password + 2FA) and session management • Configure file storage and management in Supabase Storage • Handle real-time updates with Supabase Realtime and WebSocket subscriptions • Develop serverless functions on Vercel Functions and scheduled jobs via Vercel Cron • Integrate external services like Twilio for SMS delivery and notifications • Monitor errors and performance with Sentry and Vercel Analytics • Maintain version control with Git/GitHub • Collaborate closely with founders to shape product roadmap and technical strategy Tech Stack Frontend: Next.js 14+, TypeScript, React 18+, shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS, React Context/Zustand Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Storage, Realtime), Vercel Functions, Vercel Cron Tools & Infrastructure: GitHub, Vercel (Hosting & Deployment), Sentry (Error Tracking), Twilio (SMS), AI-assisted dev tools like Claude Code and Cursor Who You Are • Experienced with the full stack technologies above • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment • Excited about equity ownership and building something from scratch • Positive, collaborative, and enjoys working alongside a team of founders • Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving • Open to taking on responsibilities beyond coding (architecture, dev ops, integrations) What You Get • Equity ownership in a startup with live traction and a global powersports industry partnership • Opportunity to shape the future of the powersports industry into the modern era • Potential for future salary and benefits as we grow • Full founder-level involvement in decision-making • Hands-on experience with the latest frontend and backend technologies How to Apply If you’re ready to take ownership, build something meaningful, and grow with a startup, please send: • Your resume or portfolio (links to projects or GitHub preferred) • A brief note about why you want to join a startup as a co-founder • Any previous experience with similar tech stacks or equity-based roles Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $200,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
