5-7 years of IT Business Analyst experience in front-office trading with strong knowledge of financial products, electronic trading systems, Agile methodologies, and excellent communication and project management skills.

Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a dynamic Global Markets technology team. The role involves working closely with traders, sales, and technology teams to deliver and maintain trading and risk management solutions across multiple asset classes. Business Analysis • Collect and document business requirements from front-office and support teams. • Create functional specifications, process flows, and use cases in Jira/Confluence. • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for developers. Trading Support • Provide daily support for trading applications. • Investigate and resolve production issues in coordination with development teams. Project Management • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and system upgrades. • Track project progress, risks, and deliverables while ensuring timelines are met. Product Ownership • Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business goals. • Manage the product backlog and write user stories in Jira. • Act as the main liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure smooth delivery. • Support and mentor junior team members. • Stay current on market trends, trading technologies, and agile best practices. Requirements • 5–7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a front-office trading environment. • Strong understanding of financial products such as FX, Interest Rate Derivatives, Repo, and Equities. • Experience with electronic trading systems and financial software platforms. • Familiarity with intraday risk, P&L, pricing, and booking processes. • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence). • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
