Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing all production activities to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. This role supports senior management in current operations and strategic business planning for future growth. The Operations Manager fosters a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, continuous improvement, and innovation, driving operational excellence and aligning with the company's long-term objectives. Essential Functions • Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production operations to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality. • Directs capacity planning of all machinery, equipment and personnel. • Monitor workflow and adjust resources to meet production targets and customer deadlines. • Oversees all processes and evaluates methods to improve throughout • Directs the formation of manufacturing processes that complies with established internal documentation • Set standards for service and performance and monitors output. • Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve performance goals and support professional growth. • Collaborate with senior management on short- and long-term business planning and process improvements. • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. • Facilitate communication of production and inventory plans with all relevant depts. • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. • Analyze production data and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). • Foster a positive team culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and open communication. • Ensure proper training and cross-training of team members to promote flexibility and workforce resilience. • Supports and ensures compliance with established Company’s Corporate Principles. • Other duties as assigned Education And Experience • Bachelor's degree in Engineering field preferred OR equivalent experience • Minimum 7-10 years of experience directing a manufacturing operation that includes assembly • At least 3 years in Electronics Manufacturing/Manufacturing preferred Other Skills And Abilities • This is a FULLY ONSITE position; must be able to report onsite daily. • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with multiple languages spoken. • Excellent organizational skills. • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills. • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Successful project management skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Excellent time management skills • Strong written and spoken English skills; bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish preferred. • Ability to travel both domestically/internationally if needed. Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. • Ability to distinguish between colors. • Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods, move about production and warehouse facilities.
