Software Quality Assurance Engineer Department: Software Test Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote Compensation: $28.00 - $33.00 / hour Description QualityLogic is seeking a Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our operations team. This job is well suited to individuals who have experience with software quality assurance or software development. Our QA Engineers create software test automation scripts that programmatically test products, build scripts that are used to load test websites, and implement end-to-end tests within software solutions. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of object-oriented coding and proficiency in Python and JavaScript. A suitable candidate will have experience using Playwright test automation framework. Location: Remote Required Qualifications 1-3 years of development experience Competent programming experience in the following languages: Python, JavaScript Knowledge of testing framework Playwright Formal education in software development or relevant work experience Understanding of website API http requests and website API endpoints Strong Analytical skills Customer Focus and Relationship Building, including demonstrated ability to work as part of a team Have a positive, “can do” attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience building test automation Version control systems like git Experience with performance load testing with K6 or JMeter Experience with Datadog Benefits Salary: $28-$33/hour QualityLogic offers competitive salaries and benefits, including first-rate medical, dental, and vision insurance.
