In This Role, You’ll: You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time. Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify the accuracy of orders and product quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments What You’ll Bring: Must have warehouse experience Experience using a stand-up forklift and reach truck Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0 degrees Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Physically active role with repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred Schedule & Setting: Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F) Must be available to work at night, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation Must be able to work until all loading tasks are completed Pay & Benefits: $22.55/hr., not including pay for performance (PFP) After your 90-day probation period, the pay will increase to $24.60/hr. Not including pay for performance (PFP) Weekly pay (every Friday) Health, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days.
