Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position located in Springfield, MO. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team, develop client relationships, create sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities. The role will also involve meeting sales targets, conducting negotiations, preparing detailed proposals, and maintaining a strong understanding of the market and industry trends. Qualifications • Sales and customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Strategic planning and business development skills for identifying new opportunities and implementing effective sales approaches. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft detailed proposals and close deals effectively. • Proficiency in managing and leading a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Knowledge of the cleaning and janitorial services industry is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
