As Lead Product Manager for our Product Core team, you will be responsible for the core components and frameworks of the Qualified platform. Specifically, you’ll have ownership over the core user-facing application, platform components, and frameworks that support our products and implementations. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the other product managers and designers, supporting their needs as they translate requirements from customers and prospects into scalable features. What You’ll Do Own the core user-facing application, platform components, and frameworks that support our products and implementations Enhance our core user-facing features, evaluating opportunities to drive agentic innovation, all while expanding and simplifying the user experience Diligently support our core trust initiatives, ensuring adoption of the latest privacy, accessibility, and compliance standards Lead complex, cross-team initiatives from early concept through to customer success by breaking down problems and driving alignment Partner closely with Customer Success to enhance onboarding and adoption, as well as Solutions Engineering to support pre-sales needs Partner closely with design, engineering, and architecture teams to make informed trade-offs that balance speed, scalability, and user experience What We’re Looking For 7+ years of product management experience Good blend of technical intuition and customer empathy, able to anticipate future needs, able to produce elegant, generalized solutions for complex problem spaces Service-oriented mindset: Important to be good at reasoning about things like abstraction and component architecture A strong collaborator with product, design, engineering, customer success, and SEs Proven ability to translate complex customer and partner needs into scalable developer-facing solutions Entrepreneurial approach and comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring outcomes and iterating quickly using Agile principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers, executives, and external partners About Qualified Qualified is the Agentic Marketing platform for B2B companies around the world.
