About QualGent QualGent is the AI-powered QA tester for mobile apps. We help teams catch bugs before they hit production so they can ship faster - without hiring more QA. Founded by engineers from Google with research roots at NVIDIA, UMD, and Berkeley, we’re building the category of AI Mobile QA and closing the loop on software development. The Role (what you’ll actually do) You’ll turn sharp insights into measurable pipeline. Expect a mix of hands-on execution and systems-thinking: Account-Based Outbound: Craft hyper-personalized email/LinkedIn outreach to key decision-makers - showing them the value of QualGent in seconds. Digital Campaigns: Launch and optimize targeted ad campaigns, build and refine audiences, and iterate creative using product-driven proof points. Industry Presence: Develop marketing plays to reach prospects in curated, high-value channels. Content that Sells: Own a lightweight content cadence focused on practical, high-value insights for mobile teams - backed by real data. Metrics & Attribution: Stand up clear tracking to know what’s working: UTM discipline, GA4 dashboards, CRM hygiene, and multi-channel experiments. Scale with AI: Pilot AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, creative variants, list-building, and analytics checks - so a small team hits big-company leverage. You’ll be great here if you… Understand Enterprise SaaS: Comfortable with B2B buying journeys, account-based marketing, and how technical buyers make purchasing decisions. Are Highly Quantitative: You think in funnels, can build a GA4 or Looker Studio dashboard, segment cohorts, and design A/B tests with clear hypotheses & success criteria. Are Deeply Creative: Strong copy instincts, crisp visual storytelling, and the taste to make a 45-second video feel premium. Love Speed + Systems: You ship daily, then systematize what works so it compounds. Qualifications Coursework or prior internship in marketing, growth, or analytics for B2B/enterprise SaaS. Comfort with GA4, GTM, spreadsheets/SQL basics, and a CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). Experience (or fast-learning) with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting audiences. Copywriting skills + video tooling (Loom/CapCut/Figma) to create rapid content. Bonus: familiarity with mobile dev/CI tools, developer ecosystems, or QA/DevTools categories. What success looks like (30/60/90) 30 days: Target account list live, first outreach + ad experiments running, baseline dashboard reporting early funnel metrics. 60 days: Two repeatable outbound/ad playbooks with statistically confident lift. 90 days: Content engine producing weekly assets; integrated attribution view; clear channel ROI stack-rank.
