Manage and update tickets in the YourIT system, coordinate asset recovery, verify data accuracy, and maintain synchronization across tracking platforms.
Basic understanding of LTE networks and previous telecommunications experience, ability to manage ticketing systems and hardware asset modules.
The person for this position should have a basic understanding of the LTE network and should have previous telecommunications experience. Responsibilities include: Daily 1. Review and process new requests in the YourIT ticketing system • Enters information into the Request Item (RITM) ticket i. Determines if ticket is misrouted or erroneous, and takes appropriate action ii. Adjusts short description to reflect pertinent ticket information 2. Attend ticket requirements and technical calls 3. Updates information and worklog in the ticket as it is discussed and agreed upon during calls 4. Update information systems based on call outcome and ticket adjudication • Hardware Asset Module • Datasheet • Remote management studio • Check status of tickets close to end dates • Engage with end users to confirm ticket closure • Coordinate asset recovery, if needed • Update information systems 5. Review and verify data integrity and accuracy for tracking platforms Weekly 1. Review tickets without updates for 30 days or more • Verify device online status • Check client and data usage • Enter updated information into the ticket 2. Update metrics in weekly status reports Monthly 1.
