Full Description

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager – Sales & Delivery to manage end-to-end project delivery while actively supporting sales, pre-sales, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will combine strong delivery leadership with commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop business opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budgets are achieved. • Lead project teams, allocate resources, monitor performance, and proactively manage risks and escalations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact for delivery and business discussions. • Partner with the sales team on client meetings, discovery sessions, proposals, RFPs/RFIs, SOWs, estimates, and presentations. • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and up-selling within existing clients. • Support commercial discussions, project estimates, pricing, forecasting, and profitability management. • Ensure a smooth transition from sales and pre-sales into project delivery. • Drive customer satisfaction and continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery quality and efficiency. • Mentor and develop delivery teams while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture. Requirements • 8+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, technology delivery, or a related field. • Proven experience in project/program management, client management, and pre-sales. • Strong understanding of project financials, resource planning, and commercial management. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams. • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into viable solutions. We are looking for a skilled AI Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate will build scalable applications, develop event-driven solutions, and contribute to modern cloud-native architectures, including AI-powered applications. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C# and .NET. • Build and deploy serverless applications using Azure Functions. • Implement event-driven solutions using Azure Event Hubs. • Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices. • Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance cloud-native applications. • Implement monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. • Work with Azure AI Foundry and agentic AI frameworks to develop AI-powered solutions. • Leverage PowerApps to build business applications and streamline workflows. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications ✅ Strong proficiency in C# and .NET full-stack development. ✅ Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and Azure Event Hubs. ✅ Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and serverless computing. ✅ Experience developing REST APIs and microservices. ✅ Knowledge of Azure cloud monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. ✅ Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and agentic AI frameworks. ✅ Experience with PowerApps and application development. ✅ Hands-on experience with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices. ✅ Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. 🔹 Preferred Qualifications • Experience building cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. • Exposure to integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications. • Understanding of application security, scalability, and cloud performance optimization. • Experience working in Agile development environments.
