Full Description

Job Description: • Provide strategic leadership to Regional Managers and the sourcing team, ensuring an optimized, high-performing provider network across all programs and lines of business. • Develop and execute network growth and accessibility strategies aligned with market conditions, program needs, and organizational priorities, while collaborating closely with Vendor Business Partners, Regional and National leadership. • Evaluate, design, and implement efficient processes; leveraging technology, automation, data strategies, and KPIs; to drive continuous improvement, cost control, and scalable operational performance. • Build, strengthen, and manage strategic provider relationships to enhance network performance, support customer needs, and drive organizational growth. • Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to identify issues, share insights, and align opportunities that advance strategic objectives and improve provider experience. • Lead ongoing improvements to provider contracting workflows, work instructions, tools, and supporting materials to ensure clarity, compliance, and efficiency. • Guide the team in developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing providers and accounts through proactive, consistent, and in-person communication. • Create and execute targeted retention strategies for regional accounts and sourcing initiatives. • Develop strategic, market-competitive payment models that reward provider performance and support organizational objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferably in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience/combined education w/ 14 years of experience leading teams and projects • Minimum of 14 years of experience in provider recruitment • Experience in organizational development, change management, and facilitating teamwork • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation Benefits: • competitive compensation • Health and Wellness programs • Income Protection • Paid Leave • Retirement
